I am a writer and musician living in New York City. Since I started studying the violin at age five, I have fostered a lifelong interest in the arts. After completing my undergraduate studies I embarked on the creative life as a founding member, composer, bassist, and singer for the band Aberdeen City.
When we disbanded in 2009, I followed my other passion, food, into the restaurant industry where I worked full-time for the next 10 years as a bartender, manager, and consultant. Still, I was haunted by the absence of art and creativity in my life.
Only recently have I returned to my roots to work again with letters and sounds.
